WHERE'S MY MONEY?!?!

We were told by the car dealer to sign for insurance with Talro so we could drive it home and change the insurance to another company later. After paying a very sizable down payment at the dealership, we were billed at home right away with a total due that was twice what we were quoted. Called, complained, and asked for an itemized bill. Nothing happened or changed. The same week we bought the car, a secondary driver was added for an outrageous price. Called, complained, asked for an itemized bill. Nothing happened or changed. Right away, after having Talro insurance coverage for two weeks, we requested termination of our policy. For the next four months we still received bills with past due amounts regardless of the fact we were no longer associated with Talro. There were many more calls, and no answers were given or an itemized bill. After five months, we still have not received any type of refund after being assured we would time and time again. Do not sign any type of insurance policy with Talro unless you are planning on throwing your money away.
